The Margaret Herrick Library is a world-renowned, non-circulating reference and research collection devoted to the history and development of the motion picture as an art form and an industry. Established in 1928 and now located in Beverly Hills, the library is open to the public by appointment and used year-round by students, scholars, historians, and industry professionals.

BASE RATE: $12,000
- Base rate includes eight hours for setup, event, and strike (Bob Hope Lobby and West Patio only)
- Labor: base rate includes standard security, facilities/custodial, and event production support
- Discounts will be applied based on Corporate Membership level
ADDITIONAL ON-SITE HOURS: $1,500
CORPORATE MEMBERSHIP
Corporate Membership provides vital, year-round support for groundbreaking exhibitions, robust programming, illuminating educational initiatives, the collection and preservation of significant film objects, and more, all while gaining access to unique benefits available exclusively to Corporate Members. In addition to private event hosting privileges, perks include employee admission and engagement and VIP invitations to exhibitions and private events.
